Wow! Mr. Medina and his team are awesome! They catered a lunch for my company of 400 employees for Cinco De Mayo. I am still receiving excellent feedback 3 weeks later and even our CEO was impressed. From the presentation to the service, everything was beyond wonderful. And of course, the food was so delicious! They are extremely professional, fast and know how to cater for large groups, which is key when you are doing a big event. Mr. Medina even came onsite a week before the event to scope it out and advise us on how we could set up the food stations to ensure things moved quickly. I'm so glad we decided to work with them and will definitely do so next time we cater Mexican food. Thanks for everything Mr. Medina!

We had them at my daughter's coed baby shower and everything was fresh, delicious, and wonderfully presented. Wonderful communication via email and phone, arrived on time, and very professional.

Hired them for our wedding last weekend. The entire experience from start to finish was wonderful. Medina's catered our baby shower and it was such a success! The two people they sent to cook and serve were so nice and professional. The food was also amazing! Everyone enjoyed the tacos and the cream-filled churros were a hit! We will definitely get them to cater future parties.
